Yigal Unna is the Director General of the Israel National Cyber Directorate. In his previous position, he served as the head of the Sigint Cyber Division in the Israeli Security Agency ("Shin-Bet") directly under the Director general, including the national responsibility of Cyber defense and Critical Infrastructures security, intelligence collection, and operations.
Prior to that, Yigal served for three decades in the Israeli security apparatus in the fields of Sigint and Cyber. He holds a M.B.A (Tel-Aviv university) and a B.A in History and management (Tel Aviv University).
Karel Řehka has long been engaged with military information operations and hybrid warfare. He was promoted to the rank of brigadier general in the Czech Army. He graduated from the Military High School in Opava and the Military University of the Ground Forces in Vyškov and completed a year-long officer course in the United Kingdom.
Řehka also completed a Ranger course in the United States Participated in military missions in the Balkans and Afghanistan. He served in the 601st Special Forces Group and became its commanding officer in 2010. Additionally he served as the Head of the Special Forces Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic and since November 2014 as Deputy Commander of the Multinational Division Northeast. He is married with two children.
Dror Bin is the CEO of the Israel Innovation Authority, an independent public entity that operates to nurture and develop the Israeli innovation ecosystem, while enabling progressive governmental policy, creating necessary infrastructures and making direct investments in the industry. Prior to his role at the Innovation Authority, Dror Bin has served as President and CEO of RAD, a leading global telecom network solutions company, headquartered in Tel Aviv, with a manufacturing center in Jerusalem and R&D center in Beer Sheva as well as dozens of corporate branches around the world.
Bin also served in a series of positions for close to a decade at Comverse, the last one as a member of the global management team and VP of Global Sales. Following this, Mr. Bin served as a venture partner at Viola Ventures. In addition, Mr. Bin served as a partner at Shaldor, a leading top management consulting firm in Israel, where he led the development and implementation of business and marketing strategies for major organizations in the high-tech, industry, commerce, services and more. Bin holds two bachelor’s degrees from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology: one in information systems engineering and the other in industrial engineering, as well as an MBA (marketing and financing) from the Tel Aviv University.
Omer has 10 years of experience as an officer in 8200 unit in cybersecurity-related positions, especially in the defensive field.
After his carrier in the Intelligence Corps, Omer has joined a new R&D Center of Mercedes-Benz in TLV to established the Security Intelligence Center (SIC) as well as created a completely new product as a Product Owner.
Elik Etzion is a leading investor at Elron, responsible for expanding and overseeing Elron's portfolio, focusing on early-stage companies in the Cybersecurity and Enterprise Software domains.
Etzion, a retired lieutenant colonel, began his career at the IDF's elite 8200 unit, gaining a wealth of technological-operational experience and knowledge. Etzion's most recent positions at IDF included Deputy Commander of the Cyber Division, Head of R&D, and Head of the Cyber operations.
Upon his discharge from the IDF, Etzion served as the Global CISO of Bank Hapoalim Group. He enhanced the bank's cybersecurity posture and contributed to the cyber-resilience of the entire banking sector in Israel.
Etzion has extensive experience in the financial services sector and served as a board member of SHVA, Israel’s credit card processor, a public company traded on TASE. He also held the Chair for the Board of Directors of Masav, Israel’s automated banking clearing house Etzion has a deep understanding of the Cybersecurity market and threat landscape enriched with years of practical experience.
