Limor Kessem is an Executive Security Advisor at IBM Security. She is a widely sought-after information security professional, podcast host, speaker and author. At IBM, she leverages her experience in managing cybersecurity risk to provide counsel to CSOs, CISOs, and CIOs at the world’s largest corporations and governments. In addition to her work with IBM, Limor is an active member of the RSA Conference steering committee. She co-hosts the ITSP Magazine “Your Everyday Cyber” podcast, in an SC Media Women in Security awards committee member, and a volunteer in the local chapters of OWASP and BSides.

Shalabh Jain is a Research Scientist with the Security and Privacy group at the Bosch Research and Technology Center in Pittsburgh. Prior to joining Bosch Research he worked as a hardware engineer for Texas Instruments. He work at the Bosch focuses on the design of privacy enhancing technologies and security technologies for Internet of Things (IoT) networks, vehicular networks, cloud infrastructure and industry 4.0.

He holds a Ph.D. and Master's degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee.

Artur Ekert is Director of the Centre for Quantum Technologies and Lee Kong Chian Centennial Professor at the National University of Singapore. He is also Professor of Quantum Physics at the Mathematical Institute, University of Oxford, UK. He is one of the co-inventors of quantum cryptography, and his current research extends over most aspects of information processing in quantum-mechanical systems.

He has worked with and advised several companies and government agencies. He is a recipient of several awards, including the 1995 Maxwell Medal and Prize by the Institute of Physics and the 2007 Royal Society Hughes Medal. In 2016 he was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society. In his non-academic life, he is an avid scuba diver and pilot.

Michal Braverman-Blumenstyk is Corporate Vice President at Microsoft Corporation, General Manager of Israel Research & Development Center and CTO, Cloud and AI Security division. Israel Research & Development Center (ILDC) is one of Microsoft’s most innovative and successful development centers and includes 2000+ employees, mostly engineers. ILDC specializes in Cybersecurity, analytics, AI based technologies and more.

Since Michal assumed the GM role in February 2020, ILDC grew by 25% and for the first time was declared as Israel’s Number One Employer by 2 of Israel’s most prestigious surveys. As the CTO of the Cloud and AI Security division, Braverman-Blumenstyk is running the global Cloud and AI Security strategy, technology, and innovation. Braverman-Blumenstyk has initiated and drove some of Microsoft most innovative security products, including Azure Sentinel, Azure Security Center, Azure IoT security and more. Michal founded the Cybersecurity Center in Microsoft Israel R&D center when she joined Microsoft in November 2013. Prior to joining Microsoft, Michal served as the General Manager of RSA Israel and the global leader of the Cyber Fraud and Risk Analytics product line at RSA/EMC (now Dell). Michal came to RSA via the Cyota acquisition in 2006.

Under Michal’s leadership, the revenues of the Fraud and Risk Analytics product line grew 20-fold and the number of protected users worldwide reached 300M. At Cyota, an innovative cyber and FinSec startup, Michal served as the COO, leading the R&D, product management and the Anti-Fraud array of services. Prior to Cyota, Michal served in several senior management positions in startups and global companies. Michal holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science (majoring in Artificial Intelligence) from Columbia University in New York where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Orit Farkash-Hacohen is Israel's Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology. Former Minister of Tourism, Minister of Strategic’s affairs and a member of the National Security Cabinet of Israel. Minister Farkash-Hacohen is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and clerked for Supreme Court Justice Dalia Dorner. She began working for a leading law firm in the private sector, and then moved to the public sector as the head of litigation at Israel's Antitrust Authority.

In 2003, Minister Farkash-Hacohen served as the legal advisor to the Israel Public Utility Authority for Electricity and later was appointed as the first woman to serve as its chairperson and director-general, a position she held for five years (2011-2016). During her tenure as chairperson, she pushed for opening up Israel's energy production market to competition and encouraged the creation of a renewable energy industry. Until being elected as a Member of Knesset in 2019, Minister Farkash-Hacohen was a partner at a leading law firm in Israel, where she directed its energy and infrastructure practice.

In 2006-2007, Minister Farkash-Hacohen attended Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, earning her Master's Degree in public administration. She is a visiting fellow at both the Consortium for Energy Policy Research at Harvard and at the Harvard Electricity Policy Group (HEPG).

Mr David Koh is the Commissioner of Cybersecurity and Chief Executive of the Cyber Security Agency (CSA) of Singapore.
As a Commissioner, he has the legal authority to investigate cyber threats and incidents to ensure that essential services are not disrupted in the event of a cyber-attack. Concurrently, as Chief Executive of CSA, he leads Singapore’s efforts to provide dedicated and centralised oversight of national cyber security functions. These include enforcing the cybersecurity legislation, strategy and policy development, cyber security operations, ecosystem development, public outreach and international engagement.
Mr Koh also sits on the Boards of the Government Technology Agency (GovTech), Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA) and DSO National Laboratories (DSO), and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Cyber Security Advisory Panel.
Prior to his current appointments, Mr Koh served in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) and the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF), where he held numerous command and staff appointments. He was most recently the Deputy Secretary (Special Projects) and Defence Cyber Chief of MINDEF, where he was responsible for leading and coordinating cyber defence policy, capability development, and operations for Singapore’s defence cluster.
Mr Koh is the recipient of the first Billington CyberSecurity International Leadership Award. He has also been awarded the Public Administration Medal – Gold, the Public Administration Medal – Silver (Military), the Public Administration Medal – Bronze (Military), and the Commendation Medal (Military).
Mr Koh has a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard University, USA; and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from King’s College, London, UK.
He and his wife, Marlene, have three children, Daniel, Rachel and Michael.

Shinichi Yokohama is Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the entire Nippon Telegraph and Telephone (NTT) Group. He also has been responsible for cybersecurity public advocacy to talk to thought leaders in academia, government, and industry globally, especially Japan, Asia, Europe, and the United States.

He has given numerous talks at high-level conferences. For example, he was on a panel at the White House Cyber Security Summit in 2015; the G7 ICT Industry Ministerial Multi-stakeholder Conference in Torino, Italy, in 2017; the OSCE Asian Conference in Tokyo, Japan, in 2019; and the Munich Cyber Security Conference in Munich, Germany, in 2020. In October 2015, Shinichi organized an NTT group-wide project to drill down cybersecurity for business leaders and published a Japanese book, “Cybersecurity for Business Executives.” In March 2018, he published another book, “Business Management and Cybersecurity.”

Before starting this cybersecurity role in July 2014, he led a team for post-acquisition integration of overseas operations at NTT DATA, Tokyo. Prior to joining NTT, he was with McKinsey Japan for 18 years. At McKinsey, he focused on the telecom and high-tech industries and led its Technology Practice. He originally served the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry for 8 years after obtaining a Bachelor of Engineering degree (nuclear engineering) from the University of Tokyo. He also has a master’s degree in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Harvard. He used to be a board member of the Special Olympics Japan until March 2019.

Danna Pelleg heads the Cybersecurity Research Group at IBM Trusteer Labs. In her role, she oversees the analysis and reverse-engineering of advanced threats in mobile and desktop domains. Pelleg also leads a cybersecurity web research lab to combat fraud. Moreover, she is responsible for threat intel research across different industries. She previously worked at RSA Security, where she examined threats in the banking industry. Pelleg holds a BA in behavioral science.

Uri Rivner has been fighting online fraud and cyber crime for fifteen years, working closely with major financial institutions on developing long term strategies against cybercrime.

Prior to joining BioCatch as a co-founder and Head of Cyber Strategy, Uri served as Head of New Technologies at security giant RSA, where he was responsible for moving fraud and cybercrime fighting innovations from concept to reality.

He was a key player in the development of Risk-Based Authentication and other fraud and security defenses currently used by thousands of financial institutions and saving billions of dollars in fraud each year.

Andy is Chief Security Officer for Huawei Technologies USA overseeing Huawei USA's cyber security assurance and user privacy protection program.   

Andy was the senior cyber security official of the U.S. Government from 2004-2006.  Prior to joining the Department of Homeland Security, Andy was a member of the White House staff where he helped to draft the U.S. National Strategy to Secure Cyberspace (2003), after which he went to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) where he helped to form and then led the National Cyber Security Division (NCSD) and the U.S. Computer Emergency Readiness Team (US-CERT). 

Immediately prior to joining Huawei, Andy was the Chief Cybersecurity Strategist for Computer Sciences Corporation.

Mr. Siman is the founder and Chief Technology Officer at Checkmarx. He has been active in the software development and appsec industries for more than 20 years. Prior to founding Checkmarx, Mr. Siman worked for two years at the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office as a senior IT security expert and project manager. Prior to that he spent six years with the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), where he was elected for the STAR excellence program and taught several consecutive sessions of their prestigious application development course (Mamram). He established and led a development team in the Information Security Center (InfoSec) and completed military academy as an IT Security R&D Officer. He regularly speaks at IT security conferences and earned the highly regarded CISSP certification in 2003.

Dr. Yaniv Harel is the SVP Cyber Defense of Sygnia. Before Sygnia Yaniv was the General Manager of the Cyber Solutions Group at Dell EMC, a global group within Dell Technologies that have provided advanced cyber solutions for customers. Under his leadership the Cyber Solutions Group won, designed, and built significant CERTs and other cyber projects.

Yaniv is an expert of cyber defense in large organizations, as well as at the national level, with years of experience in governmental roles. As part of his service, Yaniv led several technology divisions within the IDF. He was awarded the Israel Presidential Medal for Security in 2002.

In 2011, he founded the Cyber branch in the Ministry of Defense R&D Directorate and was responsible for its expedited growth, running dozens of projects with innovative companies. In his academic capacity, Dr. Harel is the Chief Strategy Officer of the Cyber Center - ICRC at Tel-Aviv University. He assists young start-ups and contributes to several initiatives at the Beer-Sheva Cyber Eco-system. Yaniv holds a BSc in Engineering from the Technion, an MBA from the University of Manchester, and a Ph.D. from Tel Aviv University.

Marietje Schaake is the international policy director at Stanford University’s Cyber Policy Center and international policy fellow at Stanford’s Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence. She was named President of the Cyber Peace Institute.

Between 2009 and 2019, Marietje served as a Member of European Parliament for the Dutch liberal democratic party where she focused on trade, foreign affairs and technology policies. Marietje is affiliated with a number of non-profits including the European Council on Foreign Relations and the Observer Research Foundation in India and writes a monthly column for the Financial Times and a bi-monthly column for the Dutch NRC newspaper. 

Tamir Goren (Lt. Col. Res.) leads the national aviation and maritime programs at the INCD, coordinating all activities aimed to enhance cybersecurity in civil aviation and in maritime transport, in Israel and globally.

Before joining the INCD, Mr. Goren served in multiple executive roles in the defense and high-tech sectors. Mr. Goren has gained significant experience in the fields of cyber, simulation, training and media.

Mr. Goren holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science (cum laude) from Tel-Aviv university, and an MBA from Herzliya IDC.
